Tim Simpson

Tim oversees all development activities at Mitheridge. Tim has spent 30 years working in the property industry, the majority of which has been focused on residential development in London and the South East.
Prior to Mitheridge, Tim spent 15 years as a Board Director for CPC Group, with responsibility for development and planning matters on over £7bn of property. Tim was instrumental in growing the business and played a significant role in setting up and running a number of the businesses within the CPC Group.
Prior to joining CPC, Tim spent time working at Ballymore Properties, St James Homes and Thames Water covering a range of development and planning roles.
Tim has a postgraduate degree in Town Planning from UWE in Bristol and is a member of the Royal Town Planning Institute and the Academy of Urbanism.
